Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping, Delivery, and Service Fulfillment Policy explains how Rhythm & Melody Music Academy delivers its educational training services, course admissions, and physical musical instrument rentals to students and customers.

1. Delivery of Music Education Services (Courses & Lessons)

1.1 Digital Confirmation & Batch Allotment

• Upon payment of course or admission fees, the student / parent receives an instant payment receipt and confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Our admissions coordinator assigns the student to their designated instructor and batch slot within 24 business hours of registration.

1.2 Mode of Delivery

• In-Studio Classes (Offline): Delivered in person at our fully equipped, acoustic music studios located at Basement of Bank of Baroda, Old Railway Road, Shivpuri, Sector 7, Gurugram, Haryana. Students attend their classes as per their weekly timetable.
• Live Online Classes: For students enrolled in online mode, high-definition 1-on-1 or small group interactive video sessions are delivered via secure links sent prior to class time.
• Course Notes & Sheet Music: Learning materials, tabs, exercise sheets, and practice tracks are delivered digitally or physically handed over in class.

2. Shipping & Delivery of Physical Items (Musical Instrument Rentals)

For customers renting musical instruments (Acoustic/Electric Guitars, Keyboards, Digital Pianos, Violins, Electronic Drum Pads, etc.):

2.1 Option A — Studio Pickup (Recommended & Free)

• Availability: Ready for collection within 2 to 24 hours of booking confirmation and security deposit clearance.
• Location: Rhythm & Melody Music Academy, Old Railway Road, Shivpuri, Sector 7, Gurugram (Mon–Sun, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• Handover Inspection: Our instructor or technician conducts a live sound check and condition walkthrough with you, providing a carry bag, plectrums, or power adapter as applicable.

2.2 Option B — Doorstep Delivery (Gurgaon & Delhi NCR)

• Delivery Timeline: Instruments are securely packaged and delivered to your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours of booking confirmation.
• Delivery Coverage: Gurugram (DLF Phases, Sohna Road, Golf Course Road, Old Gurgaon, New Gurgaon) and select Delhi NCR locations.
• Delivery Charges: Standard delivery charge of ₹150 – ₹300 applies based on distance, clearly shown during checkout. Free delivery is provided on select quarterly rental plans.
• Tracking & Coordination: Our logistics representative coordinates the exact delivery time slot with you over phone/WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

3. Delivery Inspection & Acceptance

When receiving a rented instrument (either at our studio or upon doorstep delivery):

• The customer is advised to examine the instrument, strings, knobs, tuning keys, and included accessories.
• Any pre-existing cosmetic wear or markings will be noted in the digital handover form so that the customer is not held responsible at return.
• If the instrument is found damaged during transit, we provide an immediate free replacement within 24 hours.

4. Return & Pickup of Rented Instruments

• At the conclusion of the rental term, instruments may be returned directly to our studio or an address pickup can be scheduled for a nominal pickup fee.
• Once the instrument is checked in, the security deposit refund is processed within 24 to 48 hours as detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

While we take pride in timely service delivery, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, extreme traffic, strikes, or regional restrictions. In such situations, our coordination team will proactively notify you with updated delivery estimates.
